Cancellation of Orders: An order placed by the customer can only be cancelled before it is shipped. There are no cancellation charges by Northeast Exports. However the payment gateway charges (approximately 2 to 4% of order value) will be applicable/ deducted, while refunding such amounts to the customers.

Once an order is shipped, the same cannot be cancelled/modified by the customer.

We go by policy of no return or exchange. Any return or change request after placing an order for whatsoever reason will not be entertained.

You will appreciate that for seamless experience we have tied up with multiple delivery partners. Any loss/damage on behalf of delivery partner needs to be taken up by customer with delivery partner itself.

Any order returned to Northeast Exports can be redelivered at extra cost. The customer needs to contact our office in such cases.

From time to time, we may change our product rates. In any such case of product rates, you may observe receiving an old product rate for a limited period of time.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product within 7-10 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or tampered with.
• The product does not match the description or order.
• You are not satisfied with the quality or taste.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team via phone/email.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).
• We will guide you through the return process and provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Refund and Replacement Options

Once we receive the returned product, we will:

• Refund the full amount (or partial, depending on the issue).
• Replace the product with a new one (if available).
• Provide a store credit for future purchases.

• Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website.
• Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is damaged or defective.
